Check-in is 1:00 pm / Check-out must happen prior to 12:00 pm.

Please observe a 5 MPH speed limit throughout the RV park for safety.

Our RV Park observes quiet time from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am.

A limit of 6 individuals (including visitors) per site at all times.

All RV’s are subject to inspection and approval by our Park’s management staff. The Prickly Pear reserves the right to refuse service based on RV appearance or condition. RV’s more than 10 years old have to be approved in advance by management. If this applies to you please send photos to info@pricklypearrv.com.Tents are not permitted at any time.

Window A/C units are not allowed.

Sleeping outside of the RV is not allowed.

Boat & open trailers are not permitted to be parked on property at anytime.

Cargo trailers must be approved by management staff before they are allowed to park on the property.

There is a limit of 2 vehicles per site. All vehicles must be parked on site’s driveway. Parking on roads, yards, walkways or unoccupied sites is prohibited. Violators will be towed at their own expense.

Smoking is prohibited in common areas & buildings

Do not wash any pet bedding in the the washers or dryers.

Extended stay guests are subject to and must pass a background check.

Extended stay guest must renewal agreement monthly.

We do not offer mail services, we encourage guests to get a P.O. Box or use a Drop Box. 

The Prickly Pear is happy to reserve your preferred site and in order to do so, we ask for your guaranteed deposit in exchange. Should you need to cancel your reservation the following will apply:

Daily Reservation Cancellation

Any daily reservation that is cancelled with a 10-day advance notice will result in a refund equal to 50% of your deposit.

Any daily reservation that is cancelled with less than 10-days notice will result in no refund being provided.

Should you need to shorten your stay we do not provide a refund of the deposit for this.

Weekly Reservation Cancellation

Any weekly reservation that is cancelled with a 15-day advance notice will result in a refund equal to 50% of your deposit.

Any weekly reservation that is cancelled with less than 15-days notice will result in no refund being provided.

Should you need to shorten your stay we do not provide a refund of the deposit for this.

Monthly Reservation Cancellation

Any monthly reservation that is cancelled with a 30-day advance notice will result in a refund of your deposit less a $35 cancellation fee.

Any monthly reservation that is cancelled with less than a 30-day advance notice will result in a refund equal to 50% of your deposit.

Any monthly reservation that is cancelled with less than 20-days notice will result in no refund being provided.

Should you need to shorten your stay we do not provide a refund of the deposit for this.

Are pets allowed?

Yes, one indoor pet, 20 pounds or less, is allowed in the park.

When not indoors, all pets must be kept on a 6-foot leash, under control of it’s owner, at all times. Leaving a pet unattended or tied up outside any RV is prohibited.

Pet owners MUST clean up after their pets in any area.

Any pets must have all current vaccinations. Our RV park reserves the right to ask for these documents.

Pets are not allowed in our park’s laundry room.

Do not wash any pet bedding in the the washers or dryers.
